Team 122 is a member of an international organization called FIRST: For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology, that competes in the annual FIRST Robotics Competition for high school students.  Our team is made up of students from local high schools who attend The Governor's School for Science & Technology and the Career & Technical Education Center here at New Horizons, those who come to us from their respective high schools (public and private) after school, and those who are home schooled.  We are proud to to represent the City of Hampton, the City of Newport News, the City of Poquoson, York County, their respective schools (public, private, and home schooled), and our sponsors from all these localities.  See our webpage more information about FIRST or click the logos to the right.
